Challenge:
The owner had no time to record, edit, and manage all social media accounts, including influencer marketing. They were struggling with posting consistently and customers were not able to see seasonal donuts being made which decreased community engagement.
Strategy:
Showcase the donut-making process from start to finish and bring in influencers to share their experience. Starting at the root - early morning when the dough is made fresh, to decorating where hundreds of donuts are dressed with frosting and unique toppings. Managed communication with customers and recruited influencers to visit in-store to increase brand awareness.
Results:
After A/B testing, we struck gold with high-quality, captivating videos and partnered with influencers that aligned with their brand leading to more sales and exposure.
