We all know the power of food.
Cali Tarkda is the first successful home restaurant to be granted a license in the city of Riverside. It’s a Punjabi fusion food with plates such as chicken tikka fries, homemade samosas and garlic naan!
Challenge:
The Sanghu home was asked to provide a promo video for a famous Indian artist they were catering for at the Youtube Theater in Inglewood, CA. The challenge here was they needed to have a video ready within 24 hours to be shown in front of over 30,000 people.
Objective:
Since their boom on TikTok, the Sanghu family has been featured on Access Daily, Access Hollywood, Spectrum News and, featured on many TikTok food bloggers pages. Our objective was to highlight their success and favorite Punjabi fusion plates within 30 seconds. Since we only had a 24 hour notice, we shot footage and edited the video within the next day.
Results:
The video was shown to over 30,000 people at the Youtube Theater in Inglewood, CA and was a fond reminder of the journey the Sanghu family has experienced within the last two years. Take a look at what we created for them below.

Again, we had hard deadline and delivered the video within 24 hours.
